What should I include when asking for help?
Your username (if you have a line), the device and app you use, and what you see on screen. A photo of an error message often saves a round of questions.
Where do I find my MAC address or device key?
On MAG boxes the MAC address is printed on the label underneath. IBO Pro and IBO Player show both the MAC address and the device key on their start screen.
I sent a form but no confirmation arrived.
