01Sending a copyright notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe material made available through Trimixtriangles or trimixtriangles4k.com infringes that copyright, send a written notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA notice”.
02What your notice must include
To let us act on it, a notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — for example the channel or programme name, country and date and time it was available.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
03How we respond
When we receive a complete notice we review it, and where appropriate we remove or disable access to the material concerned and keep a record of the notice. We may contact you if we need more information. Incomplete notices may not be actionable, so please include every item listed above.
04Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
05Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate the lines of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, as set out in our Terms of Service.
06Good faith
Please make sure a notice is well founded before sending it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can carry legal consequences. This policy is not legal advice; if you are unsure of your rights, consult a lawyer.
